Product Overview

The JFDC-144C Fiber Distribution Cabinet is designed for reliable fiber optic distribution in fiber distribution cabinet applications. Stainless steel 304 fiber distribution hub, 144 ports for corrosive environments. IP65, drawer-type trays. Factory direct, OEM/ODM, MOQ from 1.

The JFDC-144C is a 144-port outdoor fiber distribution cabinet built with a stainless-steel shell for aggressive and high-corrosion environments. It is the corrosion-resistance specialist of the FDC family, engineered for coastal zones, marine-influenced areas, and industrial atmospheres where standard painted steel or SMC would degrade.

The stainless-steel construction is paired with IP65-rated sealing, delivering protection against dust, salt-laden moisture, and water jets, with UV and corrosion resistance that far outlasts standard materials in harsh exposure. The 900×550×263mm body is ground-mounted for stability and serviceability.

It supports singlemode (G.652D, G.657A1/A2) and multimode fiber with SC, LC, or FC adapters, and drawer-type trays integrate splicing and distribution.

Features & Benefits

  • Made of stainless steel, waterproof and dust-proof with IP65 level
  • Drawer type tray structure, splicing and distribution integration
  • Internal structure can be customized according to requirements
  • Clean and easy to follow fiber routing

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose stainless steel over SMC for an FDC?
Stainless steel (as used in the JFDC-144C) provides superior resistance to salt spray, chemical atmospheres, and corrosion, making it the right choice for coastal, marine, and industrial environments. SMC glass-fiber polyester is corrosion-resistant and lighter, but stainless steel offers the highest long-horizon durability in aggressive exposure.
Where should the JFDC-144C be installed?
It is designed for ground mounting and is best installed in corrosion-prone locations: coastal zones, ports, islands, industrial parks, and high-humidity regions. The stainless shell and IP65 seal keep the fiber infrastructure protected.
How many ports does it support?
Up to 144 fiber ports, placing it at the distribution-layer node level. Drawer-type trays integrate both splicing and distribution in the compact 900×550×263mm ground-mounted body.
Does stainless steel affect weight or installation?
Stainless steel is heavier than SMC, which is why the JFDC-144C is a dedicated ground-mount cabinet. Once set on its pad, the added mass improves stability and vibration resistance in exposed locations.
What connectors and fiber types are supported?
Both singlemode (G.652D, G.657A1/A2) and multimode (OM3/OM4) fiber are supported with SC, LC, or FC adapter options in UPC/APC polish. Custom configurations are available for OEM orders.
