Jergeo manufactures the passive fiber optic infrastructure that connects your central office to the subscriber. Every product in this product categories — from 72-port wall-mount cabinets to 1152-port ground-mount fiber distribution cabinets — is designed for a specific point in the ODN chain: trunk splicing, fiber splitting, drop cable distribution, or indoor termination. All outdoor enclosures carry IP65 or IP68 ratings. Internal modules use drawer-type splice-and-distribution trays with FC/SC/LC adapter options. Materials are SMC (glass-fiber reinforced polyester), stainless steel, PC+ABS, or cold-rolled steel depending on the installation environment and required service life.

Material Selection Is Not a Detail — It Is the Decision
The cheapest fiber cabinet on paper often becomes the most expensive one in the field. An SMC cabinet that cracks after 5 years of UV exposure, a stainless steel cabinet welded with substandard filler that rusts at the seams, a PC+ABS box whose latches fail after repeated opening — these are not hypothetical problems. They are the most common complaints from international buyers who sourced ODN equipment on price alone.
Jergeo uses SMC compression-molded shells for outdoor cabinets because the material does not corrode, does not conduct electricity, and retains mechanical strength from -45°C to +80°C. For coastal and heavy-industrial deployments, we offer 304 stainless steel cabinets with continuous seam welding. For pole-mounted splitter boxes where weight matters, PC+ABS provides the impact resistance without the bulk. The right material for the right job — that is the only standard we follow.
Every outdoor enclosure ships with IP65 or IP68 verification. Silicone rubber and self-adhesive rubber gaskets are specified by installation type — mechanical seal for re-enterable closures, heat-shrink seal for permanent underground joints. These choices determine whether your network runs for 20 years or gets replaced after the first monsoon season.
