The JFSC-L144E is a 144-core horizontal fiber splice closure built on a PP shell with IP68 protection, sealed with self-adhesive rubber for a strong yet re-openable splice point. At 550x240x220mm it is the largest of the 144-core horizontal line, offering 6 inlet/outlet ports for high cable count convergence in aerial and underground networks.
The PP shell resists impact, UV, and corrosion, protected to IP68 against dust and submersion. A self-adhesive rubber seal delivers a tight bond while staying removable for maintenance. With 36 cores per splice tray (up to 4 trays), it reaches 144 cores with fewer trays and simpler routing than 24-core trays.
At 2.4 to 2.5kg it is among the lightest 144-core closures, easing pole and aerial handling despite its larger port count. Cable diameters of 4 to 20mm pass through 6 ports, suiting busy junctions and FTTH distribution sections.
