The JFSC-T48A is a compact 48-core vertical (dome) fiber splice closure built on a PC shell with IP68 protection, engineered for aerial and underground splicing at the small-to-mid capacity range. At 410x170x77mm, it is the entry unit of the dome closure family and handles the 48-core scale common to drop and small feeder connections.
The PC shell resists impact, UV, and corrosion, protected to IP68 against dust and submersion. A self-adhesive rubber seal delivers a tight, re-openable bond. Clean and easy-to-follow fiber routing organizes the 48 cores in the compact dome.
With 2 inlet and 2 outlet ports accepting cable diameters of 10 to 14mm, it suits straightforward feeder-drop joins. It holds up to 2 splice trays at 24 cores each. At 1.87kg it is light and easy to handle at poles and in restricted spaces.
