The JZR-A is a 12-core direct splice tray built on flame-retardant ABS, engineered for splicing-only applications where fibers are spliced but not terminated on adapters. At 160 x 100 x 12mm it is an ultra-thin tray that fits patch panels and compact enclosures, providing organized retention for up to 12 spliced fiber pairs.
Unlike distribution modules, the JZR-A is for splicing only - it holds fusion splices (with 40mm or 60mm splice sleeves) without adapter termination, suiting transit or through-splice sections where fibers pass through rather than being patched out.
The flame-retardant ABS construction and 30mm minimum bend radius keep spliced fibers organized and bend-safe in slim patch panels and compact enclosures. It holds 12 cores of direct splices in an ultra-thin 12mm profile.
