Jergeo Launches Expanded Product Line for AI & Data Center Applications

Jergeo has expanded its product catalog to include new models specifically designed for high-density data center and AI infrastructure deployments. The updated lineup adds models across our fiber patch panel, optical distribution frame, and splice tray ranges.

High-Density Patch Panels

The new patch panel models support up to 144 LC ports in a 1U form factor, with independent wiring channels for each module. This allows individual ports to be re-patched without disturbing neighboring connections — a critical requirement in AI data centers where cluster configurations change frequently.

All new panels support mixed adapter types (LC, SC, FC, MPO) in the same chassis, giving network planners flexibility to combine different connection standards within a single rack unit.

Sheet Metal ODFs for Data Centers

Our expanded ODF range now includes cold-rolled steel frames rated for data center environments. These units feature sliding and rotary access mechanisms that allow full maintenance access from the front of the rack — essential when rear and side access is blocked by cooling infrastructure.

The new JODF-A series offers capacities from 432 to 1440 ports, with optional cable management arms and integrated splice tray storage.

Updated Splice Tray Range

We have also expanded our fiber splice tray catalog to 10 models (JST-A through JST-J), covering dimensions from 115×95mm to 233×101.5mm. All trays support 12-48 core splicing and are designed for stackable installation in standard ODF and FDC enclosures.
