What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, volume, and shipping method. We work with trusted freight forwarders to provide competitive rates. Request a quote for specific shipping costs to your location.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We provide all necessary export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, CO, etc.) to facilitate customs clearance. Import customs clearance and any applicable duties are the buyer responsibility.
Can I use my own shipping forwarder?
Yes, you can arrange your own shipping. Provide your forwarder details and we will prepare the goods for pickup. We can also recommend reliable freight forwarders if needed.
How are products packaged for export?
Standard export packaging includes carton boxes with foam padding. Large items use wooden crates or pallets for added protection. Custom packaging with your branding is available.
