1. General

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and exchange rates.

  • Quotations are not binding until order confirmation
  • Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products
  • Custom/OEM products require 50% deposit

3. Prices & Payment

Payment terms:

  • Samples: 100% payment in advance
  • Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
  • Accepted methods: T/T, L/C, PayPal (samples only)

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Bank fees and transaction costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at time of shipment
  • Buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes
  • Claims for damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt

5. Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Products must be used according to specifications. Warranty does not cover misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Returns require prior authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any product.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and product specifications remain our intellectual property. Buyers may not copy, modify, or use our IP without written permission. Custom designs created for buyers become buyer property after full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then arbitration in Ningbo, China.
